By purchasing an item from us (where full payment is made) you are agreeing the item is purchased from within the confines of South Australia and any disputes and or challenges arising from any transaction are to be handled/settled/disputed within the jurisdiction of South Australia and no other state (within Australia)or country
You agree NOT to hold this company, and the third party "Sunshine Smiles" and any (but not limited to)subsideries, directors, presidents, shareholders employees, agents, suppliers, or contractors liable for any damages/costs of any kind or character, including without limitation any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, claims of third parties or other losses of any kind or character, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of this  Website or any  Website with which it is linked.

SHIPMENTS/DELIVERY POLICY

depending on when cleared payment is received by us (we have a cut off time of 2.30pm ACST) we will ship the same business day or next business day if payment arrived outside this time. All shipments are sent by Australia post, standard delivery estimates by Australia post is 3-12 business days anywhere in Australia, next business day for express post if you are in their express network. if you purchased tracking in the postage options in the shopping cart. the link to track will be emailed to you.

Delivery outside of Australia can take up to 30 days and is outside our control. It is dependant on your countries postal service, your customs, border security and any special screenings. this can also be extended at holiday times

If there is any reason for us in delaying shipment, we will email you and ask if you would like to wait (provide an approximate date) or be refunded

WARRANTY
All items are sold as. factory warranties are included when stated. you must take into account the pictures  may only be a representation of the item listed and may not be the actual item (as we at times have multiples and the gemstone count may vary). Also as different computer screens output images vary, including but not limited to colour, brightness, clarity, shade, size, tone the item may appear different on your screen to the item received. We are not affiliated in any way nor should it be assumed we are representitives of any watch company. We are not gemologists nor jewelers and never make any claim to that effect.

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

For change of mind purchases. We accept items back for either a refund or exchange with 14 days of purchase, providing the item is in the same condition, ie unused, unworn, sealed and not damaged in anyway. return postage costs are the responsibilty of the purchaser. please email us prior to return for details. refunds are completed in the same method payment is made. ie if you paid by credit card, then the refund is processed to the same card

if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased . please email us prior to return for details

Please note: Consumer guarantees don't apply if you:

CANCELLING AN ORDER
